Who can use the platform?

Investors can browse and filter deal flow, message founders, and track their pipeline. Startups can publish a pitch and get discovered by investors who invest at their stage and sector. All members complete identity verification. Optional accreditation steps apply for certain deal types.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification (KYC) is required for platform access, including messaging and networking. It is for safety and compliance only. Alta Networking does not use it to provide financial services. Verification typically completes within one to two business days.

How does messaging work?

After verification you can message investors or founders from their profile or from a deal card. Conversations stay in the platform. We do not read or use your messages for anything other than providing the service; we do not advise or participate in your deals.

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans unlock full messaging, pipeline tracking, featured listings, and other features. We do not take a cut of deals or charge success fees; we charge for platform access only.
