Guides
Step-by-step guides
From account setup to verification and using the marketplace, these guides walk you through the main flows on the platform.
Getting started
Create an account, choose your role (investor or startup), and complete identity verification. Once verified you can browse deal flow, submit a pitch, or message other members.
Verification (KYC)
We require identity verification for safety and compliance. You will upload a government-issued ID and confirm your address. Verification typically completes within one to two business days. We do not use this to provide financial services.
Messaging
After verification you can message investors or founders directly from their profile or from the deal card. All conversations stay in the platform so you can track who you have spoken to and what stage each deal is in.
Pipeline and deals
Investors can add startups to a pipeline and move them through stages (e.g. Contacted, Meeting, Term sheet). Startups can see when investors view their pitch and message them. Both sides use one place instead of spreadsheets.
Verification
What verification looks like
In your account you will see a verification flow with steps for identity, address, and optional accreditation. Complete each step as prompted; the platform will guide you through document upload and confirmation. Verification is required for messaging and full marketplace access.

FAQ
How long does verification take?
Usually one to two business days. You will receive an email when your identity check is complete. If there is an issue we will contact you with next steps.
I can't message anyone. Why?
Messaging is available after you complete identity verification. Make sure your verification status shows as complete in your account settings. If it is complete and you still cannot message, contact support.
Where do I submit my pitch?
After signing up as a startup, go to Pitch in the main navigation and choose Submit pitch. Fill in company name, stage, sector, round size, and upload your deck. Your pitch will appear in the marketplace for investors to discover.
