Verification and accreditation
We require identity verification (KYC) for platform access. We may also ask some users to complete an accreditation-related questionnaire for access to certain deal types. These steps are for safety, compliance, and access control only. They do not constitute our providing financial services, and completing them does not make you an accredited investor in any legal sense unless you independently meet applicable criteria. You are responsible for your own compliance with local laws.

You are solely responsible for your use of the platform, your investment decisions, and your compliance with all applicable laws.
